This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Probabl (referred to as "Probabl", "we", "us", or "our"), a French entity registered under number 979 093 523 (Paris Trade Register), having its headquarters at 10 Rue de la Bourse, 75002 Paris, France.
This Agreement governs your use of Skore, which consists of Skore Hub (the "Service") and Skore Lib (the "Library"). By accessing or using any component of Skore, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Please note that Skore Lib is primarily governed by the MIT License, while the terms in this Agreement primarily apply to Skore Hub, except where explicitly stated.
01Definitions
- "Privacy Policy" means Probabl's privacy policy available at /legal/privacy-policy.
- "Probabl" or "We" means Probabl, a French entity registered under number 979 093 523 (Paris Trade Register), having its headquarters at 10 Rue de la Bourse, 75002 Paris, France.
- "User" or "You" means any person who subscribes to, accesses, or uses the Service.
- "Service", or "Skore Hub" means the Skore Hub service and all related features and functionality.
- "Skore Lib" means the open-source Python library component of Skore, available at https://github.com/probabl-ai/Skore, released under the MIT license.
- "Content" means any information, data, text, software, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service.

"User Data" means all data submitted to or processed by the Service, including:
- "User-Submitted Content", data submitted by you, either generated with Skore Lib and sent to Skore Hub (such as metrics, plots, models, datasets) or directly through Skore Hub's web-based user interface (such as presentations and other content)
- "Usage Data", application performance and usage monitoring data collected during interaction with Skore Hub
- "Personal Data" has the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.
- "Trial Period" means the 30-day free trial period beginning on the date you first access the Service.
02License grant
2.1 Skore Lib License
The Library is licensed under the MIT License, which grants you permission to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Library, subject to the conditions specified in the MIT License.
2.2 Skore Hub Trial License
Probabl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service during the Trial Period for evaluation purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2.3 Restrictions on Skore Hub
You shall not:
- Copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Service or access to it
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
03Trial terms for Skore Hub
3.1 Trial Period
The Service is provided free of charge for the Trial Period of 30 days. After the Trial Period, Probabl may offer paid subscription plans, which will be subject to separate terms and conditions.
3.2 Service Level During Trial
During the Trial Period, the Service is provided on a "best effort" basis without any service level guarantees or warranties.
3.3 Support
Probabl will provide basic technical support during the Trial Period via email at [email protected] or through the platform.
04Data handling and privacy
4.1 Data Collection
The Service collects and processes different types of User Data:
- User-Submitted Content, whether sent from skore lib or provided through the skore hub interface
- Usage Data gathered during your interaction with the Service
- User identity information is processed through our processing partner ORY.
4.2 Data Usage
Probabl will not use your data to train its machine learning models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
4.3 Data Retention
If you do not use your tenant for 90 days following the end of the Trial Period, all your User Data will be deleted. System logs are automatically expired and removed after 90 days.
4.4 Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Personal Data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
05User obligations
5.1 Account Information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5.2 Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
5.3 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the Service.
06Intellectual property
6.1 Ownership
Probabl and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the Service except as expressly set forth herein.
6.2 Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Service ("Feedback"), Probabl shall be free to use such Feedback without restriction or compensation.
6.3 Your Content
You retain all rights to your Content. By uploading Content to the Service, you grant Probabl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

09Term and termination
9.1 Term
This Agreement commences on the date you first access the Service and continues until terminated.
9.2 Termination by You
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Service.
9.3 Termination by Probabl
Probabl may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any provision of this Agreement.
9.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11 will survive any termination of this Agreement.
10Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of France without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
11General provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Probabl regarding the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
11.3 No Waiver
No failure or delay by Probabl in exercising any right under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of that right.
11.4 Modifications
Probabl reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised terms on its website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
