Probabl is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines our methods for handling your Personal Data — including collection, usage, storage, sharing, and processing — and explains your rights regarding accessing and modifying your data.

  • "Probabl" or "We" means Probabl, a French entity registered under number 979 093 523 (Paris Trade Register), having its having its headquarters at 10 Rue de la Bourse, 75002 Paris, France.
  • "User" or "You" means any person who subscribes to, accesses or uses Our Services.
  • "Services" means any services provided by Probabl to You, including any software, application and website.
  • "Skore" means Probabl's machine learning development product, consisting of skore lib (open-source Python library) and skore hub (SaaS platform).
  • "User-Submitted Content" means data submitted by you, either generated with skore lib and sent to skore hub (such as metrics, plots, models, datasets) or directly through skore hub's web-based user interface (such as presentations and other content).
  • "Usage Data" means application performance and usage monitoring data collected during interaction with skore hub.
  • "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Personal identification information
When you interact with our website, such as subscribing to our newsletter, submitting a form, applying to a job interview, or participating in a public forum, we may ask you for personal identification information such as: name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number or social media profile.

Marketing information
Information you input on forms and surveys that we might use for research purposes, which includes for example your company name, job title, or business interest.

Online recruitment information
Information you upload, such as CV, reference letters, qualifications, images etc. relating to your employment history, skills and experience. Information you provide to us in regular interviews and/or video interviews. Results from tests performed by you in relation to a recruitment process.

Product feedback information
Information you submit to discuss product or service. Votes on feedback items. Any image or document you might upload on the product feedback service.

Usage and technical data
Information about your use of the website (e.g. the URL you are accessing the website from, your IP address, language and operating system, etc.). We may use cookies to improve your browsing experience, or store your preferences, like language or theme.

Skore-specific data
When using skore, we collect:

  • User-Submitted Content: Data you submit either by sending it from skore lib to skore hub (such as metrics, plots, models, datasets) or by uploading it directly through skore hub's web interface (such as presentations).
  • Usage Information: Application performance and usage monitoring data during your interaction with skore hub.‍
  • User Identity Information: Authentication data processed through our identity management partner ORY.

You directly provide Probabl with most of the data we collect.
We collect and process data when you:

  • Subscribe to our newsletter
  • Submit a form or survey
  • Apply to an online recruitment process
  • Submit product feedback
  • Send us an e-mail
  • Submit User-Submitted Content to Skore Hub (either from Skore Lib or directly via the interface)
  • Access and interact with Skore Hub

Additionally, we indirectly receive your data from:

  • Browsing our website
  • Connecting with us on social media (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Participating in online or physical events
  • And any other ways of communicating

Probabl collects your data so that we can:

  • Enhance and provide our Products and Services
  • Communicate with you, including marketing and customer support
  • Process job applications
  • Analyze the website usage
  • Provide Skore Hub functionality for displaying and sharing User-Submitted Content
  • Enable collaboration among team members and stakeholders
  • Improve our products and services through usage analytics

We share your Personal Data with third-party service providers for website, product, and service support. This includes data hosting, application development, marketing, recruitment, sales, and customer support. These providers use your data solely for service provision and maintain strict confidentiality.

Partners
We occasionally collaborate with trusted partners for marketing purposes, including online webinars and physical events like conferences. In such instances, we may share certain data with these partners to enhance the event experience and provide you with relevant information. This data sharing is strictly for the purpose of organizing and promoting the event and may include necessary personal details to facilitate your participation.

Marketing information
Probabl will retain your marketing profile and form submissions as long as you are an active website visitor, or for a period of 1 year of inactivity. Once this period has passed, we will delete or anonymize your data automatically.

Online recruitment information
Probabl will retain your online recruitment data as long as you are active, have an ongoing purpose, or for a period of 1 year of inactivity. Once this period has passed, we will delete your data automatically.

Product feedback information
Probabl will retain your product feedback for as long as you keep your account. When you choose to delete your account, we will delete all your Personal Data from the Product feedback service. The content you have published will remain, but it will be anonymized.

Skore data
For Skore Hub, Probabl will retain your User-Submitted Content and associated data for as long as your account is active. If you do not use your tenant for 90 days following the end of the Trial Period, all your User Data will be deleted. System logs are automatically expired and removed after 90 days.

Trial Period Data Handling
‍During the 30-day trial period for Skore Hub, all data is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. No payment information is collected during this period as the trial is free of charge. At the conclusion of the trial period, you may be offered the opportunity to continue using the service under separate terms.

International Data Transfers
Skore Hub is hosted at Scaleway's data center in Paris, France. For users located outside the European Union, please be aware that your data will be transferred to and processed in the EU. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Machine Learning Data Processing
When you use skore products, we process various types of machine learning-related data:

  1. Model Processing: We store and process machine learning models that you choose to submit as User-Submitted Content. These models remain your intellectual property.
  2. Dataset Handling: Training and test datasets you submit as User-Submitted Content are stored to enable visualization and analysis. You are responsible for ensuring that any datasets you upload comply with applicable data protection laws.
  3. Technical Usage Data: We collect technical information about how you use our products to improve functionality and user experience. This includes feature usage patterns, performance metrics, and interaction data.

We do not use your data, models, or datasets to train our own machine learning models. All your data remains private to your account and is not shared with other users unless you explicitly choose to share it.

Data Subject Rights for ML Data
If your machine learning models or datasets submitted as User-Submitted Content contain personal data of third parties, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate legal basis to process such data. If a data subject makes a request directly to Probabl regarding their personal data contained in your ML data, we will redirect them to you as the data controller of that information.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights.
Every user is entitled to the following:

  • Access – You have the right to request Probabl for copies of your Personal Data.
  • Rectification – You have the right to request that Probabl corrects any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Probabl to complete information you believe is incomplete.
  • Restrict processing – You have the right to request that Probabl restricts the processing of your Personal Data.
  • Erasure – You have the right to request that Probabl erases your Personal Data, under certain conditions.
  • Object to processing – You have the right to object to Probabl's processing of your Personal Data, under certain conditions.
  • Data portability – You have the right to request that Probabl transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please send a request to the contact information provided below.
