Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the acceptable uses of Probabl's skore product. This Policy applies to all users of skore hub (the "Service") and is incorporated by reference into the End User License Agreement (EULA). Please note that skore lib is an open-source library governed primarily by the MIT license, while this Policy primarily applies to skore hub.

1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

When using skore hub, you agree not to:

1.1 Illegal Use

  • Use skore hub for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Assist or permit any person in engaging in any violation of this Policy

1.2 Harmful Content

  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that:
    • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or harmful to minors
    • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
    • Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware

1.3 Security Violations

  • Violate or attempt to violate the security of skore hub, including:
    • Accessing data not intended for you
    • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network
    • Breaching security or authentication measures without proper authorization
    • Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network

1.4 Network Abuse

  • Engage in any activity that adversely affects the ability of others to use skore hub, including:
    • Denial of service attacks
    • Unauthorized spidering, scraping, or harvesting of content
    • Generating excessive traffic

1.5 Misrepresentation

  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others

2. DATA USAGE

2.1 Sensitive Data

  • Do not use skore hub to collect, store, or process sensitive personal data (as defined by applicable data protection laws) without appropriate safeguards and compliance with applicable laws
  • Do not use skore hub to collect, store, or process payment card information unless expressly permitted by Probabl

2.2 Machine Learning Data

  • Ensure that any machine learning models and datasets used with skore:
    • Respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others
    • Do not perpetuate harmful biases or discrimination
    • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

3.1 Monitoring

Probabl reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor your use of skore hub for compliance with this Policy.

3.2 Enforcement

If Probabl, in its sole discretion, determines that you have violated this Policy, Probabl may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend your access to skore hub
  • Terminate your access to skore hub
  • Take other appropriate action

3.3 Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it to: legal@probabl.ai

4. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Probabl reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on Probabl's website. Your continued use of skore hub after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
